When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. 

We ship within 24-72 hours. Please allow 10-14 days for delivery in the USA and 20-28 days for the rest of the world depending on how fast customs clearances take place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas.You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Feel free to email us to check on your order status. We're happy to help. In most cases, you will receive your item(s) earlier than expected. Your patience is truly appreciated. You can always contact us if you have any question regarding your purchase. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight and quantity based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Buy multiple items to qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead, ship it to our headquarter in the USA for quicker processing. Contact us for details.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
